Scott leads The Talent Code collective of Human Resources Specialists, providing flexible, customized HR consulting services that deliver meaningful results across a spectrum of organizational needs.

Before launching The Talent Code, Scott held progressively senior HR and Recruitment positions with leading ad agencies MacLaren McCann Canada and TAXI, overseeing all aspects of talent management for multiple offices across the country. He also spent time as a Recruitment Consultant in the fast-paced marketing industry.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca College. He is also certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
